Generic Privacy Agreement
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This Privacy Agreement is intended for general mobile application, website, mini program, and online service scenarios. It explains how a service provider may collect, use, store, share, and protect users' personal information. If a specific product provides its own privacy policy, that product-specific policy should prevail.
1. Information We May Collect
To provide and improve services, we may collect the following information depending on the features users choose to use:
- Account information, such as nickname, avatar, phone number, email address, or third-party account identifiers;
- Content submitted by users, such as text, images, audio, video, files, feedback, or customer support communications;
- Device and log information, such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address, access time, browsing or operation records, and crash logs;
- Transaction or subscription information, such as order number, payment status, and product or service name, although complete bank card details are generally not stored directly;
- Permission-related information used after authorization, such as camera, photo library, microphone, location, notification, or storage access.
If a feature does not require specific personal information, we will not require users to provide it. Users may also manage related permissions in system settings.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information for the following purposes:
- Create and manage accounts and verify user identity;
- Provide, maintain, optimize, and protect services;
- Save user settings, records, and content to improve the user experience;
- Process orders, subscriptions, after-sales support, customer service, and user feedback;
- Conduct security protection, troubleshooting, statistics, and compliance audits;
- Send service notices or operational messages with user consent or where permitted by law.
3. Third-Party Services and Sharing
To enable necessary features, we may integrate third-party services such as cloud storage, analytics, push notifications, payments, login, maps, customer support, content moderation, artificial intelligence, or advertising attribution. Third-party services may process information necessary for the relevant feature according to their own privacy policies.
Except in the following circumstances, we will not sell or unlawfully provide users' personal information to unrelated third parties:
- With the user's explicit consent;
- When necessary to perform a contract, provide a service requested by the user, or process a transaction;
- When required by laws, regulations, judicial procedures, or competent government authorities;
- When necessary to protect the lawful rights, interests, and safety of users, the public, the service provider, or partners.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Websites or online services may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, or similar technologies to maintain login status, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve service stability. Users may manage these technologies through browser or system settings, but some features may not work properly if they are disabled.
5. Storage and Protection
We retain personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Agreement, unless otherwise required by law. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information, such as encrypted transmission, access controls, log audits, and least-privilege authorization.
No internet environment is absolutely secure. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures as required by law and notify affected users when necessary.
6. User Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may request access to, correction, copying, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, close an account, or restrict or object to certain processing. For security reasons, we may need to verify the requester's identity first.
7. Protection of Minors
Minors should use services with the consent and guidance of a parent or other guardian. If we discover that personal information of a minor has been collected without guardian consent, we will delete it or take other necessary measures as soon as legally required.
8. Cross-Border Transfers
If personal information needs to be transferred outside the user's country or region due to service deployment, technical support, or third-party processing, we will take necessary protective measures in accordance with applicable law.
9. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement due to service changes, legal requirements, or security management needs. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means. The updated Agreement takes effect from the publication date or the effective date stated in the notice.
